Back to Farnborough!

We were delighted to exhibit once again at Southern Manufacturing at Farnborough this month! It was lovely to be back meeting people face to face and offering solutions for their projects and supply chain.

It was great to explain our products and services we offer to so many visitors - if you require any more information please contact us. We had a really busy three days on our stand and we were really pleased with the number (and quality) of the sales enquiries we received.

Subcon Show 2025

Back at Subcon Show 25!

We were delighted to exhibit again at the Subcon Show at the NEC in June! There really is nothing like meeting up face to face and it was great to meet existing customers and new companies too!

New Exterior Cladding and Insulation

We have finished renovating the exterior cladding and roof of our unit.

Cableplus Europe supplies Ventilator Challenge UK and the NHS

Supplying critical components for NHS Ventilators

The UK Government launched the Ventilator Challenge in March 2020 with a call to arms to manufacturers and medical device companies to step up production of existing designs and design new ventilators from scratch. Cableplus Europe was a key supplier of components and assemblies to the manufacturing consortium that included Airbus, DHL, Ford, McLaren among many other companies. Within a few days we were producing and delivering critical components direct to the Ventilator Challenge consortium.

Cableplus Management said:

We have all worked exceptionally hard with our supply chain to deliver nearly half a million parts, on time and with zero rejects to the manufacturing consortium. Prime Minister Boris Johnson said:

"The Ventilator Challenge has proven just how much Britain can achieve when confronted with a difficult problem – bringing together the best minds in manufacturing, innovation and design. Thanks to these efforts, everyone who needed a ventilator has had access to one, and the NHS has the vital machines it needs to continue providing life-saving support against this deadly virus."

10 Year Celebrations!

We were delighted to welcome our local MP, Ed Vaizey to our 10 year birthday! Ed joined the team in celebrating the decade of successful trading and continued expansion and remarked "...it's great to visit another local success story".

H e also formally opened our new larger premises in Faringdon which we moved to in order to meet increasing levels of business. Here's to another successful ten years!
